Please teach me French

I am a Japanese resident and would like to learn to speak French.
Wish to start off with daily conversation and would like to see how far I can go.
Looking for a person not necessary French, but with a native accent.
I would like to have private lessons at a cafe in Tokyo, preferably in Aoyama, Shibuya, Harajyuku areas.
Will pay 2,000 Japanese yen in cash for a 60 minutes lesson, and also the drink.
